Apex27 connects to Home via API feed. Listings and status updates sync automatically, keeping your availability accurate for buyers and renters.

Apex27 is connected to Home

Agents using Apex27 can now connect their CRM directly to Home. Once the integration is in place, your listings appear in Home's for-sale and to-rent search automatically, kept up to date from your Apex27 account without any additional effort on your end.

The integration route

Apex27 connects to Home through our API feed. After you complete the setup wizard, Home polls your Apex27 feed on a rolling schedule. When your feed is active and changes are coming through, polling runs every 15 minutes. On quieter feeds the interval extends gradually, capping at two hours. The moment a change appears in your feed, the cycle resets to 15 minutes. Practically speaking, an update you make in Apex27 during the working day will be visible on Home within an hour or two, depending on how active your feed is. For the mechanics behind that backoff schedule across all our CRM feeds, see how our CRM sync works.

Getting set up

The setup takes place inside your Home agent dashboard. Select Apex27 from the CRM integrations list and follow the wizard. It walks you through finding the relevant API token in your Apex27 account, entering it in the Home dashboard, and confirming the feed is returning data correctly.

If you are new to Home, claim your agency profile at home.co.uk/agents first, then return to the integrations section to connect Apex27.

Data that comes across

The Apex27 API exports the standard listing fields: address, asking price, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, description, photos, floorplan links, and EPC data where it is available in your Apex27 records. Status changes, sold subject to contract, under offer, let agreed, come through in the same sync so your live listings on Home stay accurate.

Fields that Apex27 does not include in its API export will not appear on Home. If you believe a field should be coming through and it is not, check your Apex27 export settings and then contact our support team with a listing reference.

Multiple offices

If your Apex27 account includes multiple offices or branches, the Home feed pulls all active listings across them. The relevant branch is shown on each listing's Home page as it appears in Apex27.

Agencies running separate Apex27 accounts for different branches will need a separate Home profile per branch, each with its own API connection.

Keeping things tidy

Apex27 is one of 18 CRM integrations now live on Home. If you have previously uploaded listings manually or used a different feed, connecting Apex27 replaces the need for those manual steps. The API route is faster to update and keeps your data fresher, and it feeds into the 1,249,531 live listings Home currently tracks across sale and rental.

If you run Apex27 and another CRM simultaneously across different parts of your business, contact our agent support team before setting up more than one active feed on the same Home account.

Update timings reflect standard polling behaviour. Actual sync intervals depend on feed activity and server availability.
