Jupix integration: your Jupix listings on Home automatically

If you use Jupix to manage your properties, you can now connect it directly to Home. Once the integration is live, your listings publish to home.co.uk/properties/to-buy and home.co.uk/properties/to-rent without any manual upload, joining the 1,249,531 live listings Home carries at any one time. Listing on Home costs nothing, as we explain in why listings on Home are free for estate agents.

How it works

Home connects to Jupix via our API feed route. After you authorise the connection in your agent dashboard, we pull your active listings and keep them in sync automatically. Updates you make in Jupix (price changes, status changes, new photos) come through to Home on a regular polling cycle. Stable feeds poll every 15 minutes. If your feed has been quiet for a while, the interval extends gradually to a maximum of two hours, and a new change snaps it back to 15 minutes. You do not need to log in to a separate portal to update listings. What is in Jupix is what buyers and renters see on Home.

Setting up the connection

The setup wizard is inside your Home agent dashboard. It walks you through the steps specific to Jupix: generating your API credentials in Jupix, pasting them into the Home dashboard, and running a test pull to confirm everything is flowing. Most agents complete the setup in under ten minutes.

If you are not yet on Home, you can register at home.co.uk/agents first, then return to the dashboard to connect your CRM.

What gets synced

The standard sync covers the fields Jupix exports: address, asking price, bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, tenure, description, floorplan links, and photos. EPC data is included where your Jupix listing carries it.

Any fields Jupix does not export will not appear on Home. If you notice a field missing that your Jupix setup does include, contact our support team with an example listing and we will check the mapping.

Branch setups

If you have multiple branches under one Jupix account, the feed pulls listings across all branches linked to that account. You can see which branch each listing is attributed to inside the Home dashboard.

For agencies that operate separate Jupix accounts per branch, each branch will need its own Home agent profile and its own API connection.

Jupix alongside other feeds

Jupix is one of 18 CRM integrations Home supports. If you have previously used a property software platform that connected via a different route, for example an SFTP feed, the Jupix API route is faster to update and requires no file transfers.

If you run more than one CRM across your business, contact our agent support team before setting up multiple feeds on the same account to avoid duplicate listings.
